Jane Emslie is a Principal with Mercer Canada. She is the Office Leader for Winnipeg.

Jane has successfully managed projects on insurance market surveys, employee surveys, flexible benefits, and underwriting/benefit audits.

Jane has served on both the Manitoba Regional Council and the National Board of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute. She has been the featured speaker for the Manitoba CPBI Benefit Fundamental Series, the Risk Insurance Management Society, and the HR Association of Manitoba.


 

COMPENSATION PLANNING SPEAKER:

 

ARRON DOBSON, PRINCIPAL
Career, Mercer Canada
Arron is a Principal in Mercer’s Career business in Calgary. Arron provides counsel to clients on compensation strategy development and program design and specializes in the design and implementation of job architectures, compensation structures and career frameworks. Arron also helps to lead Mercer Canada’s annual Canadian Compensation Planning Survey launch.

Arron has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
