Iain’s primary areas of expertise include incentive plan design, global job levelling and EVP consulting. He also has substantial experience in rewards compliance.

Allison Griffiths is a Principal in Mercer’s Career business in Toronto. As Leader of the Canadian Workforce Rewards Practice, Allison works with both public and private organizations in Canada to design base salary and short-term incentive programs, develop and implement job evaluation systems (including Mercer's proprietary job evaluation tool, IPE), conduct custom compensation, policies and benefits surveys, and assist organizations with Canadian pay equity compliance.
