Organizations are facing new and evolving challenges, and the need to attract and retain the right talent is imperative. A surprising 1 in 3 employees say they are satisfied with their employers, but are still considering leaving. Today’s employees want a total rewards package that meets their individual needs, a clear and appealing employee value proposition (EVP), line of sight into their career path and above all, they want to feel engaged.

Join Mercer as we explore the biggest trends impacting the future of work. It is time to redefine your employee value proposition with a new approach to total rewards.

Attend our event to explore these key topics:

  • Do you have the workforce for the future with the skills you need?
  • Beyond the 2019 compensation forecast, how compelling is your EVP?
  • Are you noticing symptoms of an uninspiring experience?

Prepare to unlock your organization’s workforce potential, one employee at a time.
