    Luc is a Principal in Mercer’s Career business in Montreal. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he has consulted both management and boards on executive compensation matters through market studies, incentive design and modeling, and proxy review with both mid-sized to large global organizations in various industries. He also has 4 years of experience as an internal senior compensation advisor for a large publicly-traded global organization, where he was involved in the design and implementation of incentive programs, drafting of the management proxy circular, preparing executive employment/separation agreements, and drafting proposals for the compensation committee.

    Andrew has worked extensively with compensation committees and senior management for a variety of public and private companies. He has managed assignments across a broad range of issues and industries. He is the Compensation Committee advisor to several TSX listed companies. Andrew’s experience working with these clients has spanned the scope of Mercer’s practice, including:

    • Evaluating and establishing performance measurement systems and designing effective short and long-term incentive plans that align with the Company’s rewards strategy and business plan
    • Executive and Director pay and performance benchmarking and interpretation of data
    • Supporting companies on compensation matters resulting from M&A transactions and IPOs
    • - Director education sessions highlighting emerging executive and director compensation trends and best practices, changes in the governance and regulatory environments, and responsibilities for compensation committees

    In addition to his client responsibilities, Andrew conducts Mercer’s Canadian Investment Management Survey, with participation from 40 firms. Andrew is a member of Mercer’s Global Financial Services Group, Global Executive Remuneration Community.
