      Ryan Duesing is a Principal at Mercer Canada in the Health business and the Office Leader for Regina. Ryan joined Mercer in 2007. Ryan provides group benefit advisory services to clients, focusing on strategies to support their human resources and business goals within traditional and flexible benefit plans.

      Ryan has more than 22 years of experience in the benefits field. His background includes the financial management and auditing of benefit programs for clients. He has also assisted in union negotiations and the development of collective bargaining strategies.



       

      COMPENSATION PLANNING SPEAKER:

       

      ARRON DOBSON, PRINCIPAL
      Career, Mercer Canada
      Arron is a Principal in Mercer’s Career business in Calgary. Arron provides counsel to clients on compensation strategy development and program design and specializes in the design and implementation of job architectures, compensation structures and career frameworks. Arron also helps to lead Mercer Canada’s annual Canadian Compensation Planning Survey launch.

      Arron has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
