She has been working as a retirement consultant for over 15 years, including 10 years in the Ottawa market. Prior to her position at Mercer Ottawa, Susannah consulted internationally in the United Kingdom as well as in Toronto.

      Susannah has significant experience working with a range of organizations, and focuses particularly on federal Crown corporations and the not-for-profit industry.

      Cindy MacFarlane is a bilingual Principal with Mercer and specializes in organization effectiveness, total rewards, human resources strategy, and performance management. Cindy is a Human Resources professional and a well-respected people leader. She has a decade of experience in industry where she worked as a people leader in Human Resources and Finance in large federal Crown corporations.

      IAN CULLWICK, PARTNER
      Career, Mercer Canada
      Ian Cullwick is a Partner in Mercer’s Ottawa office and specializes in governance effectiveness, total compensation strategy, performance management, and organization design. He is also a noted thought leader and teaches in the Telfer School of Management’s EMBA program. Ian has an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and serves on the Compensation and Performance Standing Committee of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
