      Montréal Office Leader, Mercer Canada
      François Picard is a Senior Partner and Montréal Office Leader for Mercer Canada. With over 30 years of experience in employee benefits, he leads about 300 employees in Montréal.

      François is a member of the Association de la retraite et des avantages sociaux du Québec (ARASQ) and is the leader of the United Way campaign for Mercer in Montréal. He holds a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval and is Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.



       

      COMPENSATION PLANNING SPEAKER:

       

      LUC LAPALME, SENIOR ASSOCIATE
      Career, Mercer Canada
      Luc Lapalme is a Senior Associate within Mercer’s Career business in the Montreal office. He is responsible for managing client projects, including compensation strategies for executives, boards of directors and salaried employees, and for designing incentive plans for executives and salaried employees.
