      Michael Labute is a Partner with Mercer Canada and Office Leader for London, Ontario.

      Having joined Mercer in 1981, Michael is involved in all aspects of the firm’s Wealth business and is currently the relationship manager, consultant and lead actuary for clients across Southwestern Ontario.

      Michael provides advice to clients in both unionized and non-unionized environments. He has direct experience advising pension committees and helping with issues that arise during the collective bargaining process.

      Marvin is a Principal in the Career practice in Toronto. With over 10 years of experience with Mercer, he provides rewards consulting advice to public and private organizations relating to their compensation and total rewards policies and programs, including job evaluation, developing compensation strategies, global benchmarking, and M&A related compensation integration. In addition, Marvin helps manage the day-to-day operations of the Toronto Career Practice and leads the campus and full-time recruitment efforts.

      Jayna Koria is a Principal in Mercer Canada's Career business in Toronto. Jayna has been with Mercer for more than 12 years. Jayna specializes in broad based rewards initiatives including job evaluation, market assessments including custom surveys, salary structure design, pay equity assessments, policy reviews as well as employee engagement surveys and 360 studies. Jayna has worked with many clients in various industries including insurance, retail, public sector, not-for-profit, consumer goods, engineering services, and high-tech.
