      Lori Park is Mercer’s Atlantic Canada Market Leader, and Office Leader for Halifax. She works with employers, committees, boards of trustees and others on a broad range of issues relating to pension and benefit plans in the public and private sectors. Lori is a lawyer, and while at Mercer she has focused on governance, compliance and risk management.

      She frequently writes and presents on topics related to the employment relationship and pension and benefit plans.

      IAN CULLWICK, PARTNER
      Career, Mercer Canada
      Ian Cullwick is a Partner in Mercer’s Ottawa office and specializes in governance effectiveness, total compensation strategy, performance management, and organization design. He is also a noted thought leader and teaches in the Telfer School of Management’s EMBA program. Ian has an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and serves on the Compensation and Performance Standing Committee of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

      CATHERINE COYLE, PRINCIPAL
      Career, Mercer Canada
      Catherine is a Principal and leader for the Career practice in Mercer’s Ottawa office, and also provides strategic communication support to Mercer’s clients in Atlantic Canada. She has more than 20 years’ experience in internal, HR and organizational communication and change management. Catherine consults with private and public sector clients on strategic communication issues related to a number of areas, including employee benefit and pension programs, wellness, leadership communication, employee engagement and compensation.
