The Future of Healthcare: The Age of the Individual – Ottawa, Canada

24 May 2018  Canada, Ottawa

    • The Age of the Individual: The Rising Demand for Personalized Healthcare

      Health is deeply personal, yet since inception, employee health benefits have traditionally offered broad-based solutions. That’s changing now as consumerism and the need for customization has resulted in employees demanding personalized healthcare benefit plans that are as unique as they are. This brings exciting possibilities for employers.

      At The Future of Healthcare: The Age of the Individual, our thought leaders will reveal the key drivers behind the personalization of healthcare, the opportunities these create, and how to shift your organizations’ health benefits strategy from challenge-focused to opportunity-bound.

    • You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to revamp your health benefits strategy, plan and implement individualized solutions, and stand out with a strong employee value proposition. We’ll be discussing how organizations should:

      • Use data to inform benefit strategies, including decision-making for today and predictive modeling for the future;
      • Implement a total health management strategy that addresses the rising health and wellness issues to measurably improve employee wellbeing, productivity and ROI;
      • Understand the complex vendor market and digital health solutions to identify the right partner for innovative health benefit plans.
    • Business leaders, CEOs, CHROs, Senior HR professionals, benefits plan professionals and healthcare innovators.
