The Age of the Individual: The Rising Demand for Personalized Healthcare
Health is deeply personal, yet since inception, employee health benefits have traditionally offered broad-based solutions. That’s changing now as consumerism and the need for customization has resulted in employees demanding personalized healthcare benefit plans that are as unique as they are. This brings exciting possibilities for employers.
At The Future of Healthcare: The Age of the Individual, our thought leaders will reveal the key drivers behind the personalization of healthcare, the opportunities these create, and how to shift your organizations’ health benefits strategy from challenge-focused to opportunity-bound.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to revamp your health benefits strategy, plan and implement individualized solutions, and stand out with a strong employee value proposition. We’ll be discussing how organizations should:
Business leaders, CEOs, CHROs, Senior HR professionals, benefits plan professionals and healthcare innovators.
