Gordon Frost is a Partner and Mercer Canada’s Career Business Leader. He is responsible for a team of professionals across Canada that provides services including human capital strategy, leadership development, talent management, executive compensation, workforce rewards, HR effectiveness and communication, along with Mercer’s information and technology solutions.
Gordon consults on many aspects of the Career business, advising clients on how to strengthen the relationship between business strategy and talent strategy. Gordon has extensive experience advising on the design of executive compensation programs and has led broader projects related to talent management and leadership development with a focus on the needs of a globally mobile workforce.
Gordon first joined Mercer in 2000 and has been based in both Canada and the US. He spent over two years as the Vice President of Global Compensation for a Canadian multi-national organization before re-joining Mercer in 2013.
Gordon is on the Board of Directors of Project Terra Firma Canada, which employs a private equity approach to investing its business and resources to assist sustainable economic development, social growth and well-being of peoples in developing communities.
He holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor degree in Commerce with great distinction from McGill University.
