Eric Hachmer is a Partner and Growth Leader for Mercer Canada. He is responsible for the growth strategy in Canada, including client acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth. He leads the sales enablement function, with a focus on sales strategy, improving sales effectiveness and supporting the go-to-market activities across Mercer Canada’s multiple lines of business.
Through assignments in Canada, the UK, and France, Eric has developed extensive international experience in technology and business processing outsourcing, with responsibility for all aspects of sales and distribution. He has led teams through key phases of growth, including the recovery of underperforming business units, integration of strategic acquisitions and product launches.
Before joining Mercer in 2015, Eric spent 10 years at ADP, where he held senior positions in Canada, the UK, and France, including his last role of Senior Vice President of Sales, in Canada. Prior to ADP, Eric spent nine years with Oracle Corporation in various sales and sales leadership roles.
Eric actively supports a variety of causes, often with a focus on children and youth. He currently sits on the board of Amici Camping Charity.
Eric graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
